Our Story

Grand Occasions was founded on a passion for creating elegant and unique events. We believe that every person is unique and their personality should be reflected in their event. Grand Occasions believes every event is as unique as it's hosts. Grand Occasions' team consists of wedding and event planners, assistance coordinators, photographers, videographers, DJ's, choreographers and  many support members that make your wedding or event planning, party rentals, space design, choreography  and event coordination efforts a reality.

Head Wedding & Event Planner, Choreographer & Designer

Karla, was a professional dancer for over 10 years allowing her to create unique and amazing choreographed dance 
routines for any occasion. Her out of the box vision creates a beautiful and amazingly unique choreography each time. In addition, She is an interior designer and also puts those skills to work when designing the look and feel of your event. Karla has a special talent for combining colors and styles for the less traditional client. Creating a unique look that represents you is very important to Grand Occasions. Karla Also personally oversees all planning and coordination to insure you are matched to the perfect vendor that understands your budget and style. 

Assistant Coordinator
Genesis Perez has been with Grand Occasions for over 3 years. She is a perfectionist in nature making sure everything is placed exactly as specified. Additionally, she has worked all areas from set up to serving making her an excellent leader to insure staff  are efficient and following  timelines. 

Support Staff

Grand Occasions has a number of staff that help make every event memorable. Set up crews, servers, bartenders, etc. We could not create your perfect event without them.
